I really don't write reviews, but this one deserves it. I've been working with Dr. Strand for about four months now, and the results have drastically steered my life in a positive direction.

After medically retiring from the military, I was dealing with a long list of medical issues. I started this journey at 265 lbs and soon discovered even more underlying problems I had no clue about hormonal imbalances, pre-diabetes, and other related concerns.

After one year of working with Asymmetric Health I owe a review. This is my fourth TRT provider and the first one where I feel I receive the necessary attention and that the provider has the medical knowledge to optimize my results and health. If you aren't deep in the research you might get an oversimplified idea of the treatment process but really it can be complex and must be customized for your unique physiology. Most TRT clinics do not do complete blood work or tell you that aromatase inhibitors aren't always necessary or good for you or look for other alternatives to raise your testosterone besides taking testosterone. Dr. Strand is an emergency room physician with a deep knowledge of treatment options. Labs are inexpensive and even cheaper than the discount labs you can order yourself online. Meds are also not marked up and less expensive than other clinics. Your long-term health is prioritized over short term financial gains for the clinic. There is no used car salesman vibe like many other clinics.

Dr Ian is personable and informative. The detail he goes through with you on your lab work is awesome!! Highly recommend.
